How to Brew
- Hot Brew: Bring water to near boiling point. Take one gm of matcha green tea powder in a cup. Pour the heated water on tea and steep the tea for 2-3 mins. Use a hand blender to froth the tea so that the powder dissolves.
- Cold Brew: Put matcha powder in a mason jar. Pour in about 1½ cups of cold water or coconut water into the jar. Plop in the ice and tightly twist a lid onto the jar. Shake vigorously until all of the matcha is suspended in the water or coconut water. Sip and enjoy!
Storage
Store tea in a cool, dry and odour free place in the air tight container.
