How to Brew
Hot brew: Bring fresh water to boil (90-95 C), for best results do not use re-boiled water. Take 1 teaspoon of tea leaves in a pot. Pour hot water on tea leaves. Brew for 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy
Cold brew: Brew tea in room temperature water. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Strain and add ice cubes, garnish with mint leaves and lemon
Storage
Store tea in a cool, dry and odour free place in the air tight container.
